Sasa Demarle is expanding its line with the introduction of the Silpat Perfect Collection, which was officially unveiled at the International Home + Housewares Show. The Perfect collection includes multiple new products positioned for dedicated usage ideas, targeting a broader audience and creating new reasons to collect multiple Silpat mats, the company said. “The core products in the Silpat line are highly multifunctional and have built a loyal following with cooks and bakers in the know. With our new Silpat Perfect products, we offer added value that gives each mat an edge for a special culinary task. We also recognized that there’s a segment of consumers out there that wants a series of unique mats for different tasks,” said Pierre Bonnet, national sales manager for Sasa Demarle. The mats feature the company's signature stick resistance and is targeted towards home chefs and professional bakers. Made in France, the line features high quality food grade silicone and is reinforced with a fiberglass mesh to provide maximum heat transfer, easy release, and quick cleanup, the company said.
