Powell Home Fashions is preparing to launch its new Bombay furniture line at the Fall High Point Market, which runs from October 13 to 18. Visitors to the company’s High Point, NC showroom will have a chance to see the expansion of the Bombay brand, one that will target retailers beyond the core of major mass-market operators that have been its main focus over the past two years. One example of the product line that demonstrates the global design style that Powell and Bombay apply to the line is the Aberdeen Hall Table. The half circle table is both practical, as it permits consumers to place it flush against a wall to save room space, and decorative, with its vintage mahogany finish and hand-painted details. The product also reflects current consumer trends by providing a large top and small bottom shelf as display space at a time when décor accents are popular. Tags: Housewares Home Décor Trade Shows |
