Ramping up its global marketing and social media efforts, Lightair has developed a Facebook page for its air purifiers. At facebook.com/Lightair.Air.purification.for.life, the company plans to post and share images, publish customer reviews, offer news articles on related subjects, provide company news, recount Lightair media coverage and more. In addition to communicating with consumers and enhancing customer service efforts, Lightair noted that it would plan competitions, giveaways and other activities to draw traffic to the Facebook page, and coordinate public relations activities with bloggers, newspapers, magazines, resellers and partners.
