World Kitchen will join forces with entrepreneur Joy Mangano to introduce the Corelle for Joy Mangano collection, which will sell exclusively on HSN.com beginning October 30. The partnership marks the first time the housewares company will embark on a co-branded partnership, according to Ingenious Designs LLC, a HSN subsidiary founded with Mangano. HSN.com will sell The Corelle for Joy Mangano collection exclusively, with the 16-piece set priced at $74.95. The set features a newly designed piece, according to IDL, in the form of a multi-use wide rim entree bowl. In addition to the wide-rim bowls, each collection includes a set of four dinner plates, four lunch plates and four 28-ounce soup bowls. The collection can be expanded with additional sets of four dinner plates, four entree bowls or four mugs as well as a complementary six-piece oven-to-table Bake, Serve, Store Set. The Mangano collection is fabricated from Correlle dinnerware's Made in the USA Vitrelle glass, which is non-porous and, the company asserts, break-and-chip-resistant as well as oven, dishwasher, and microwave safe. The Joy Mangano set will carry a three-year limited warranty. It will be available in five colors including cranberry red, cobalt blue, lemon yellow, apple green and tangerine orange, as well as a classic bright white. Tags: Housewares Tabletop Retail |
