Emson is expanding its infomercial-promoted Big Boss brand of specialty kitchen electrics with the launch of its Big Boss Oil Less Fryer. The extended Big Boss brand also showcases a 700-Watt juicer, a multi-blender, a stick blender, a multi-purpose grill and an egg cooker. The Big Boss Oil Less Fryer works with what the company calls Tri Cooking Technology: Halogen, convection and infrared heat cooks the food from the inside out but generates a crispy outside texture, according to Emson. "The Oil Less Fryer is an ingenious way to fry foods with little or no oil, and you still get that great tasting flavor,” said Eddie Mishan, Emson’s president. “This is a great product for consumers who are looking to cook and fry the healthiest way possible today.” Emson is launching the Big Boss Oil Less Fryer through two-minute DRTV spots, social media and web marketing.
