New Jersey-based Alfay Designs is hosting a Facebook Mighty Like-a-thon on its Mighty Mug Facebook page to benefit victims from Superstorm Sandy, partner Jayme Smaldone announced. For every 100,000 likes it receives on the Mighty Mug Facebook page, the company will spend $1,000 on warm coats for Sandy victims. The company's goal is to hit one million fans by the end of the next week, and to give $10,000 to help keep these victims warm this winter, said Smaldone. It is teaming up with Jersey Cares to distribute the coats, and the company will frequently update its Facebook page so that fans will know just how many people it has helped.
