TTI Floor Care North America has announced plans to significantly increase its investment in engineering, innovation and design in the United States. Based in Glenwillow, OH, the company plans to hire more than 200 new electrical engineers, mechanical engineers, technicians and industrial designers nationwide over the next three years. TTI Floor Care North America is the manufacturer of vacuuming brands Hoover and Dirt Devil. "Hoover has always been about innovation," said Paul Bagwell, vp/global product development, TTI Floor Care. "We are committed to creating proprietary technologies across our brands that provide superior tools to meet families' ever-evolving cleaning needs." Dan Gregory, president of TTI Floor Care North America, stated, "We are significantly investing in the continued success of the Hoover and Dirt Devil brands.
