Danica Imports has announced that it has gained the North American distribution rights for the Rice Cube, a unique shaping device that allows consumers to make sushi from plain rice without the need for complex wrapping techniques or knife skills. Danica will be the distributor in Canada, with sister company Now Designs handling United States distribution. The dishwasher-safe Rice Cube will be on display at the Now Designs booth in McCormick’s South Hall as well as at the Rice Cube booth, also in South Hall.
