Emeril Lagasse made an appearance at the World Kitchen booth at the International Home + Housewares Show today to publicize his partnership with the company and its Snapware brand. In December, Emeril by Snapware food storage launched on HSN. In his appearance, Lagasse said that Snapware helped him organizing his cooking and other aspects of his life, particularly praising the product’s potential to keep and transport kids’ meals and snacks. Emeril by Snapware first appeared on HSN on December 14, 2012, with a subsequent appearance by the celebrity chef in a broadcast the next day. World Kitchen used National Organization month, which is January, to support the new product collection through a Get Organized and Get to the Big Game Sweepstakes. The promotion delivered food storage solutions, recipes and a chance for one Facebook fan to visit New Orleans for the Super Bowl. At the time, Lagasse praised Snapware’s potential in party prep, particularly in simplifying the process by allowing hosts to work in advance and store until the occasion.
