The Pampered Chef, in cooperation with the Consumer Product Safety Commission, has announced a voluntary recall of its handheld garlic slicers. The company noted that a blade on the garlic slicer can unexpectedly dislodge during use, posing a laceration hazard to the consumer.

Consumers are being advised to immediately stop using the product and contact the company for a replacement.
