In the wake of the flooding in Baton Rouge and surrounding areas in Louisiana, Butler Home Products has donated more than 1,000 of its licensed line of Black + Decker cotton wet mops with scrub brushes to the United Way of Southeast Louisiana.
The mop features an easy change push button for changing the mop head, stiff bristles on the scrub brush to loosen stains and dirt, a sewn ribbon and rubber bumper on the mop head and soft grip handle.
“The flooding and subsequent damage that have taken place in Louisiana in the past several weeks have resulted in devastating losses, and we believe this is the least our company can do to help all those afflicted by this tragic event,” said Michael Silverman, svp/marketing for Butler Home Products.
