Kaz, a division of Helen of Troy, has launched new ceramic heaters under its Honeywell brand.
The Honeywell HeatGenius and UberHeat ceramic heaters include safety features such as a tip-over safety switch, overheat protection, caution lights and flame-resistant materials and protected wiring with enhanced connections.
“Whether you’re buying a new heater or upgrading from an older model this season, you can now focus on design, heat output and personalized heating features knowing that we’re building our products to include enhanced safety features. In fact, we include features and construction on our products that go above and beyond industry standards,” said Ursula Kominski, brand manager, heaters, Helen of Troy.
The Honeywell HeatGenius ceramic heater includes four heating elements and two fans that function independently for six customized heat settings. With these settings, users can heat themselves, their room or their floor area. The heater also includes HeatPhase timer, an auto-off timer that gradually transitions the warmth in the room as heat levels step down over a two-hour period. The quiet mode option uses a low heat setting and reduced fan speed to provide subtle white noise. It carries an MSRP of $69.99 and is available at Best Buy and Meijer and at BestBuy.com and Amazon.com.
Designed for use in small rooms and personal spaces, the Honeywell UberHeat ceramic heater features a compact, modern, rounded design, and is available in white or black. It provides up to 1,500 watts of heat and features two heat settings: max for whole room heating and low for personal heating. It also features an adjustable thermostat. It carries an MSRP of $34.99, and is available at Best Buy, Staples and Amazon.com.
