Hammer Stahl has introduced the Chef Tim Love Steak Knife collection. The company said that the collection offers both Robust and Petite steak knives made from top-quality German high carbon stainless steel.
The Tim Love steak knives are forged and have razor-sharp edges. The blades are sharpened to a 20-degree bevel angle. Each knife features a contoured handle made from mesquite-inspired pakka wood and are engraved with Love’s signature.
The quad tang design, with the handle’s steel exposed on all four sides, is said to provide balance and comfort. The cutlery features strong handles, in two sizes, shaped for comfort and ease. The non-serrated blades cut cleanly through meats, and allow for additional sharpening when necessary. The knife collection includes a 4.5-inch Petite steak knife and a newly designed 5-inch Robust steak knife.
The company noted that the knives are designed to bring restaurant-quality tools into the home. The commercial-grade steak knives are made to cut all types of meat and last for long-term use. The steak knives are currently available at most of Love’s restaurants, including Lonesome Dove Western Bistro, Queenie’s Steakhouse and Woodshed Smokehouse.
The knives are packaged in leather gift boxes in sets of four, or in a full set of eight with four petite knives and four robust knives.
