InBody has debuted a wearable health tracker which features body composition analysis and fitness tracking, the InBody Band 2.
According to the company, the wearable tracker analyzes percent body fat, fat mass and muscle mass, and also tracks steps and monitors activity in real time. The tracker also features “EZ Training,” which is said to automatically track workouts by selecting from 12 exercises. It also features sleep and heart rate monitoring, and ECG technology for accurate readings, the company said.
“Too many people reference a scale when they’re trying to lose weight. In reality, they need to be checking their body composition so they can see their fat mass decrease and their muscle mass increase,” said Jeff Kim, head of marketing and public relations, InBody. “The InBody Band 2 helps people recognize these changes to help them stay on track to better health.”
The InBody Band 2 wearable tracker is available on Amazon.
