Michael Todd Beauty, which offers sonic beauty tools and skin care products, has expanded its retail distribution channels in an effort to bring its offerings to a new range of consumers.
The company said its line will launch at Beauty Brands, a retailer that features a wide range of salon and prestige products and a full service spa and salon on site, in all 61 brick-and-mortar locations as well as its online channel. Beauty Brands will carry a curated assortment of Michael Todd Beauty tools and skin care products in a 4-foot linear space in stores, with a broader assortment available online.
Lew Hendler, co-founder and president, Michael Todd Beauty, said, “Beauty Brands is a perfect environment for our products, with its focus on excellence, value and an ongoing commitment to professional quality. Their associates and salon and spa team are incredibly knowledgeable, a real benefit for consumers and for brands like ours.”
In addition, the company will also be a part of Forever 21’s new experiential beauty boutique concept, Riley Rose. The first brick-and-mortar location opened in Glendale, CA, on September 30, and 12 additional stores will open across the U.S. by spring 2018.
Michael Friend, co-founder and svp/sales at Michael Todd Beauty, said, “Riley Rose is such a great complement to our other distribution outlets as it helps us stay in front of the next generation of beauty enthusiasts. We’ve tailored our assortment to delight this consumer, with a focus on our Soniclear Antimicrobial Sonic Cleansing Brush and our Sonicblend Antimicrobial Sonic Makeup Application brush. Both tools are offered in solid colors and fun patterns.”
