RANCHO CUCAMONGA, CA— Bialetti is bringing its Mineral-DS line of cookware to the market. The hard anodized, dishwasher-safe cookware line features a “micro-divot” textured non-stick interior that is designed to provide release, Bialetti said.
Mineral-DS also features a three-layer reinforced non-stick coating and is oven and metal-utensil safe, PFOA-free and can be used on any cooktop surface, including induction stoves, the company said.
Jason Vaske, vp/marketing of cookware/coffee for Bradshaw International, said that there were two consumer trends the company honed in on when creating the cookware— easy cleanup and durability.
“In development, we discovered an added consumer benefit. The roughed interior disperses oil evenly across the pan bottom, reducing pooling of oil to one side,” he said.
The Bialetti Mineral-DS cookware line will be available in 8-inch, 10-inch and 12-inch sauté pans with a SRP range of $34.99 to $54.99.
