Bon-Ton’s board of directors has elected Philmer Rohrbaugh to the board, effective immediately. The election of Rohrbaugh increases the size of the board to 10 members.
Rohrbaugh has been the senior evp/chief operating officer of Fulton Financial Corporation since 2016, having served as the senior evp/chief risk officer from 2012 to 2016. He was also managing partner of KPMG’s Chicago office from 2009 to 2012. He has more than 35 years of experience in various management positions, the company noted.
