CHICAGO— Bradshaw is debuting new cookware and bakeware products at the International Home + Housewares Show, here.
The company is expanding its Emeril line, which launched in 2016, with The Perfect Sauté pan. According to the company, the sauté pan has been designed with an elliptical shape, plus a high backed leading edge, giving it a natural advantage in usability. The patent-pending shape makes it easy to flip food while cooking, while the oval vessel allows easy plating and transfer of the food from either side, Bradshaw noted.
The Perfect Sauté has a triple layer of non-stick coating and is safe for metal utensils. The handle is cast stainless steel, making it oven safe as well as dishwasher safe.
Bradshaw will also expand its cast iron assortment in the Emeril line of cookware. Line extensions are a mix of core and specialty items including a reversible grill/griddle with press. The pan can also be used as two pans in one. All Emeril cast iron cookware comes pre-seasoned so they can be used immediately, said the company.
In bakeware, Bradshaw will be debuting double bakeware pans. The 24-cup muffin/cupcake pan and 48-count mini muffin pan were developed to fit in standard ovens, said the company. The non-stick pans are made of thicker gauge steel and designed with higher rims for added stability and no warping, said Bradshaw. They have a suggested retail price of $22.99.
