Cangshan Cutlery has won four 2017 Red Dot design awards. The company was recognized for its A Series, H1 series and J series cutlery. It also won an award for its N1 series pizza cutter.
Each knife in the A Series is forged and handcrafted from high-alloy Swedish Sandvik 12C27 steel. The knives are full tang, showcase African Blackwood handles and feature an angled bolster designed to accommodate a natural, firm pinch grip.
The H1 series of knives are forged and handcrafted from high-alloy German X50CrMoV15 steel and feature flush seams with teak wood handles. The knives are full tang and have an angled bolster. They come in a leather knife roll with magnetic flaps.
The J Series of knives have hand sharpened blades that feature unique Damascus patterns across the face of the VG10 high carbon full tang blades. The knives have African Blackwood handles, are full tang and bolster free. Each knife comes with a walnut wood magnetic Saya style sheath.
The pizza cutter from the N1 series has a forged 18/8 stain resistant steel handle designed to give the consumer a secure and comfortable grip. The circular blade is made from 420 stain resistant steel.
