CDN has introduced the Digital High Precision scale, which is said to measure to a hundredth of an ounce or a tenth of a gram. The scale is designed for its high-precision accuracy, weighing up to 1.65 pounds or 750 grams by ounces, troy ounces, pennyweights, grams, carats or grains.
With its exactitude and versatility on units of measure, this compact model is designed for weighing precious metals, gemstones, or expensive or rare ingredients. It can also be used to measure small amounts of coffee or tea and comes with a food-safe clear protective cover. The cover has tapered sides that helps to contain ingredients.
The scale features selectable units, overload indication, and a liquid crystal display with blue backlighting. There are four buttons for operation: on/off, tare, units of measure, and backlight. The auto-off function saves battery life by turning the scale off after 70 seconds of non-use.
The CDN Digital High Precision scale has a thin profile and a small footprint. It is available for immediate shipment for a suggested retail price of $24.99.
