Component Design Northwest (CDN) has introduced a CDN digital kitchen scale (model SD 1104). The digital kitchen scale features a stainless steel platform and comes in four colors: white, silver, black and red.
The digital scale features an easy-to-read backlit display and self-explanatory buttons for on/off, tare and unit selection. The scale can measure up to 11 pounds, 5 kilograms, 176 ounces, or 5 liters in a choice of pounds/ounces, fluid ounces, grams or millimeters. The display alerts the user of battery status and/or overload. Auto-off after 60 seconds of non-use helps preserve battery life.
CDN noted that the new digital kitchen scale has a one year limited warranty and comes with batteries. It is available for immediate shipment and has a suggested retail price of $40.
