Charcoal Companion, a division of The Companion Group, has released its 2018 product catalog. In the new catalog, the brand highlights its KitchenQue Stovetop Smoker.
According to the company, the KitchenQue Stovetop Smoker allows the user to smoke foods as they would on a grill or in a conventional smoker. Compatible with most stovetops, the smoker can smoke low and slow at 200 to 225°F or can be cranked up to 350 to 400°F for a faster cook time, the company said.
In addition, the KitchenQue smoker is available with the company’s InstaSmoke hickory flavored smoking wood. InstaSmoke is also available in cherry, mesquite and apple.
