Charles Viancin will introduce several new designs for its collection of silicone lids and kitchenware at the upcoming winter markets. The new designs include Crystal, Granite, Timber and Watermelon.
The new collection was inspired by nature. For example, the Crystal collection features an optical pattern reminiscent of crystal clear lakes and ice snow crystals. In addition to silicone lids, this design is also available in bottle stoppers, drink covers and an ice tray.
The Granite design is inspired by the peaks of the French Alps, said the company. The material is a combination of translucent black silicone and post-industrial recycled silicone flecks. The Granite design is also available in bottle stoppers and drink covers.
Timber was inspired by woodlands that surround Annecy, France, and features wood grain and wood cut rings with textured bark. The Timber design is also available in bottle stoppers, drink covers and cutting boards. In addition, the Watermelon design has a frosted finish and features hand-placed seeds and a colored rind. The silicone lids are available in a range of sizes from 8- to 11-inches. Each has a suggested retail price range of $10.99 to $14.99. Drink covers have a suggested retail price of $8.99 each, while the bottle stoppers have a suggested retail price of $1.99 each.
