CHICAGO— All-Clad is combining prepping and cooking tasks with a new Prep & Cook appliance as well as the relaunch of its LTD Collection.
The new All-Clad Prep & Cook is an all-in-one appliance that can function as a food processor, steamer, stand mixer and more, the company said. The appliance offers six automatic programs— sauce, soup, slow cook, steam, pastry and dessert— and cuts, mixes, cooks, emulsifies, blends, kneads and more.
The Prep & Cook has adjustable manual settings for temperature and speed to give consumers more control over their meal preparation, the company said. It comes with an ultra blade, serrated knife kneader, beater, stirrer and steamer, which the company said is dishwasher safe. Additionally, the removable bowl and lid are also dishwasher safe. It carries a suggested retail price of $999.95.
In cookware, All-Clad recently brought its LTD cookware collection back to the market. Known for its thick aluminum body that is able to heat up quickly and retain heat, the company said, the cookware’s three-ply construction features a thick aluminum core, a hard-anodized aluminum exterior that is scratch and stain resistant and a polished 18/10 stainless-steel cooking surface that won’t react with foods, said All-Clad.
Compatible with all stovetops, excluding induction, the cookware has an ergonomic, thick stainless steel handle with rounded edges for comfort as well as flared edges for drip-free pouring. It is also oven, broiler and dishwasher safe, according to the company.
