Conn’s has made executive appointments in its retail, logistics and service operations.
The company has appointed Coleman Gaines as president and COO, overseeing the retail business. He will supervise operations, merchandising, logistics and service, reporting to Norm Miller, Conn’s CEO and chairman. Gaines was evp/store operations at TMX Finance, a consumer retail finance company that serves subprime consumers.
“Coleman is a seasoned operations executive with over 25 years of experience at high growth retail organizations,” said Miller. “With his track record of providing outstanding leadership and solid financial management, I’m confident that he will ensure Conn’s is well positioned to achieve sustainable revenue growth in our retail business.”
In addition, Conn’s named Casey Chung as vp/logistics. Prior to his Conn’s appointment, Chung was vp/logistics for Caleres in Lebanon, TN, the parent company to Famous Footwear.
Conn’s also named David Hutchinson as vp/service. He was senior director and general manager at The Home Depot, responsible for the in-home sales and installation business for all custom windows, roofing, siding and other exterior products.
