CHICAGO— Cristel is introducing a 3-ply stainless steel roaster at the International Home + Housewares Show, here.
According to the company, the Cristel roaster was developed due to consumer demand, as those who already had the company’s cookware sets were looking for a product to use during Thanksgiving and other holiday celebrations.
Made in France, the company explained that the roaster has been maximized to fit into a standard oven because the handles are flush. Additionally, the riveted, patented, long side handles are wide enough to accept an oven glove and long enough to provide easy access, noted the company.
An adjustable stainless steel roasting rack helps to create a cooking surface that can be optimized for everything from beef tenderloin to a turkey, according to Cristel, and can also be used in the horizontal position. The roaster also comes with an abraded interior, which is said to help prevent scratching. The new roaster pan also comes with a thermometer.
