Cuisinart has introduced the X-Cold cocktail shaker set. According to the company, the shaker prevents beverages from becoming diluted by separating ice and liquids.
The shaker has been promoted by French chef Paul Bocuse and features a patent-pending design that is said to prevent beverages from becoming diluted by separating ice and liquids. Water is frozen around a stainless steel drink chamber inside the shaker prior to use, the company noted. The stainless steel shaker design has a 6.5 ounce chamber.
The 7-piece cocktail set set comes with a wide-mouth hands-free funnel, double jigger, stirrer, removable silicone sleeve and a drink label holder. The X-Cold cocktail shaker set comes merchandised with giftware packaging that includes a craft cocktail recipe booklet. It has a suggested retail price of $99.95 and will be available in late September.
