Dexas Readies New Kitchenware For Winter Markets

Dexas will debut several new kitchenware designs this winter, including at the Atlanta Market.

The company will feature new Spoon & Strain tongs that feature redesigned silicone heads. One side is solid and can be used to spoon out small portions of sauces, while the other side is slotted and strains hot liquids.

The silicone heads are high-heat resistant and feature a scalloped edge that grips small pieces tightly, noted Dexas. The tongs now also feature a gravity lock mechanism, which makes them easier to use and store. They have stainless steel construction and come with soft grip handles.

The 7-inch and 9-inch tongs have heads that measure out 1.5 teaspoons when level. The 12-inch tongs have larger heads, designed to deliver a tablespoon when level. The tongs are available in three accent colors: red, green and slate gray and have suggested retail price of $6.99, $7.99 and $8.99, respectively.
