During CES 2018, to be held in Las Vegas January 9 through 12, Ecovacs will unveil its latest connected robotic vacuum models, the Ozmo 610 and 930.
Both models feature app control, allowing users to schedule cleanings remotely, prioritize specific areas for cleaning or avoid specific areas. In terms of connectivity, the units also include Amazon Alexa integration for voice control capabilities.
The models also feature multiple cleaning modes, including auto mode for general cleaning, spot mode for spot cleaning and carpet mode for carpet cleaning, and mopping technology.
The Ozmo 930 model also features laser scan mapping technology to create maps for efficient cleaning routes, allowing the robot to clean more space on a single charge. In addition, the vacuum features adaptive floor sensing to automatically increase suction when cleaning on carpet, ensuring a deeper clean and to modify the vacuum’s path when in mopping mode, the company said.
Both models will officially launch in the U.S. in the second quarter of 2018.
