Edge of Belgravia has launched its new Black Diamond knife block, an angular floating knife block designed by Christian Bird. The knife block was designed with the angles of a rough cut diamond in mind, the company said, while its architectural quality reflects the finely angled handles of the company’s signature range of knives.
The knife block can hold up to 11 knives. The block is weighted so that the knives stay securely in the block, and an angled surface allows for easy extraction, the company said. The block and knives have been featured in Hong Kong-based Chef James McIntosh’s Youtube video in which the chef launches his new Honest Food range.
