Ellen DeGeneres Expands Tabletop Partnership With Royal Doulton

Ellen DeGeneres, who recently partnered with Royal Doulton, has now released a full tableware collection, which is now available globally.

The full ED Crafted by Royal Doulton Collection expands the ED by Ellen brand into contemporary tableware, inspired by both Ellen and Royal Doulton’s love for artisanal, yet simple designs, according to the company. The collection features eight different tableware designs, and a range of mix and match sets.

Featuring four different patterns in four unique colors, the Textured Tableware range is inspired by Ellen’s love of nature while highlighting natural imperfections. All items have suggested retail prices of $10 to $14.50 for open stock or $167 for 16-piece sets. Polar Blue was created with a series of concentric dots and lines; Cobalt Blue features a bolder aesthetic, the hand drawn chevrons and lines are reminiscent of batik fabrics and textile prints; Soft White has hand drawn lines picked out in a subtle taupe color; and Charcoal Gray showcases a sophisticated, feathered detail.

These four colors are also featured in a Brush Stroke tableware range, featuring a hand brushed rim. Each item in the collection is glazed by hand, revealing the stoneware beneath on the mug and bowl, giving each piece a natural contrast of matte and shine. The Brush Stroke patterns are sold as 16-piece sets with an MSRP of $167.

Mix and match accent collections are also available. The sets of four plates, bowls or mugs are comprised of four individual designs in each set. Blue Love features a “love” design, showcasing wildflowers and the countryside in cobalt blue illustrations. Made in the same way as the textured patterns, the accent line has the same debossed design element. Signature utilizes artwork inspired by Ellen’s favorite prints, in red, gray and taupe with hand drawn graphic details. Cave Paintings feature hand drawn animal characters inspired by Ellen’s love for art.
