Epicurean has added a cleaver-shaped cutting board to its assortment. The board has a long handle and tapered edge for scooping and transferring of food.
The board is made from Richlite, a lightweight, long-lasting wood-fiber composite. The company stated that the material won’t dull knives, harbor bacteria or absorb unwanted flavors and odors. The board can also be used for serving, offering a whimsical take to the table. It is dishwasher safe and made in the U.S.
The Cleaver cutting board is available now and has a suggested retail price of $49.95.
