CHICAGO— Epoca will showcase new colors in several cookware lines at the International Home + Housewares Show, here. The company will also debut new bakeware and a pizza crisper pan as well as a grill pan.
The company’s Ecolution Endure Non-Stick Titanium Guard ceramic line will be available in April 2017. Ranging in suggested retail price from $14.99 for an 8-inch fry pan to $21.99 for an 11-inch fry pan, Ecolution Endure is made from heavy gauge forged aluminum with a stainless steel induction base suitable for all cooking surfaces, the company said. According to Epoca, the fry pans are also metal utensil safe, easy to clean and oven safe up to 375-F for up to two hours. With dual riveted stay cool silicone split handles, the fry pans are available in copper, gray and white.
The Bliss collection will debut new fry pans in seasonal colors. The company will debut three new assortments— pastel, metallic and high-gloss— that will be available in August 2017.
The Bliss fry pans, designed for healthy cooking, have the company’s Hydro ceramic water-based non-stick coating with a high gloss exterior and white ceramic interior that are scratch and stain resistant, the company said. Created with an ergonomic silicone handle that is comfortable and stays cool, according to the company, and a stainless steel induction base, the line also has a flared sauté edge and comes with a limited lifetime warranty.
The company is bringing mini fry pans to market with its new 6-inch Ecolution mini pan with spatula. Available in red, orange, yellow and teal, the fry pans are made for single-serve meals. Made with a thick aluminum body with a squeezable silicone handle, the pans are also dishwasher safe and have a lifetime warranty. The pan with spatula has a suggested retail price of $9.99.
Available in June 2017 and carrying a suggested retail price of $24.99, the Ecolution Evolve non-stick 11-inch grill pan is made from heavy gauge aluminum construction and is equipped with the company’s Hydrolon water-based non-stick coating. With a stay cool silicone handle and a lifetime warranty, the grill pan has a ridged cooking surface to create grill marks and allows excess fat and grease to move away from food, the company said.
Epoca is also rolling out its BakeIns line. The company is bringing its new BakeIns heavy weight cookie sheet— in both a 15- and 17-inch offering— as well as a BakeIns pizza and snack crisper to the market.
The BakeIns cookie sheets are made from premium carbon steel and have a rolled edge design. The pieces have the company’s Free+ Clear non-stick coating for easy food release and is oven safe up to 500°F and dishwasher safe.
The pizza and snack crisper, which have a suggested retail price of $14.99, also comes with the company’s Free+ Clear non-stick coating and is perforated for a crispier crust. Oven safe up to 500°F and dishwasher safe, the pizza and snack crisper have a limited lifetime warranty.
