Escali has launched its new Savu space saving scale. The compact kitchen scale folds into itself for storage in a kitchen drawer or expands to accommodate large mixing bowls.
The Savu scale also has an articulating platform that extends out to create a maximum width of 7.5 inches. This design allows the user to place anything on the platform a traditional scale could measure while allowing it to tuck into smaller storage spaces.
The scale features a stainless steel platform and touch sensitive controls. The Savu scale measures both liquid and dry ingredients up to 11 pounds (5,000 grams) with 0.05 ounce (1 gram) increments.
