Fagor Expands Induction Cooktop Assortment

Fagor America has expanded its assortment of induction cooktops with the debut of the Eclipse Induction Set.

The new set includes a circular 1,800-watt portable induction cooktop and a 9.5-inch induction-ready aluminum skillet. The cooktop features an 11.5-inch glass surface that is said by the company to be easy to clean and includes touch controls and a temperature range of 140- to 462-degrees Fahrenheit. Also included is an automatic safety shut off feature, a built-in countdown timer and a panel lock button said to provide added safety. The unit also offers a digital display and three preset functions that include brown, boil and warm.
