Williams-Sonoma is now hosting an exclusive recipe video on the retailer’s website, featuring the Fagor Innova pressure cooker.
According to Fagor America, the exclusive video of the Innova provides consumers with a step-by-step look at how to use the pressure cooker. The Fagor stainless steel Innova pressure cooker features an automatic self-locking mechanism, and is the latest addition to the company’s pressure cooker lineup.
Made of 18/10 stainless steel with a heat-conductive aluminum base for quick and even heating, Fagor said the Innova is equipped with two pressure-settings, high and low pressure, designed to cook delicate and durable dishes. It also has a Max-line indicator that shows consumers the filling capacity of the pressure cooker.
The Williams-Sonoma video walks a consumer through how to make a Carnitas recipe using the Fagor Innova pressure cooker. Fagor explained the dish as one that would traditionally take a couple of hours, however, by using the Innova pressure cooker it was done in 45 minutes.
The 6-quart Fagor Innova has an SRP of $139.99, while the 10-quart Innova has an SRP of $179.99. The line is available now at Williams-Sonoma.
