CHICAGO— F&M Tool and Plastics is launching its new Bella Storage Solution application at the International Home + Housewares Show, here.
All of its Bella Storage Solution products will be available with the free app feature on them. The app aims to make it easier for Bella Storage Solution consumers to organize and retrieve the goods they store.
“Everybody is busy and does not always have the time to organize their items or clutter. We wanted to give a simple possibility to our customers to help them get organized,” said Mark Gasbarro, owner, F&M Tool and Plastics. “It was a way for us to build a relationship and get engaged with our customers.”
The Bella Storage Solution app could serve many different uses both within and outside of the home. “Our app allows you to organize efficiently in your home, business/office, school, storage unit, warehouse, moving, etc. The bottom line is that our app allows anything to be stored anywhere, and also allows you to see what you stored from your phone or desktop,” added Gasbarro.
The Bella Storage Solution application includes all needed content and automatically includes a barcode scanner. Downloading the organization app allows the consumer to gain “Bella,” his or her “very own personal assistant,” said Gasbarro.
To use, consumers can download the free app, create a login, scan the Bella Storage Solution container, take a picture of or list what’s inside, and list its location. All of the Bella Storage Solution labels have a QR code to scan that will bring up all of the information of what is stored within that particular Bella Storage Solution product. There is also the possibility to add the tote manually on the app without the QR code.
The Bella Storage Solution app goes beyond just using with its totes, said Gasbarro. Free additional QR codes are available via the Bella Storage Solution website that allows consumers to use them with existing totes or anything else that they may want to label or organize utilizing the app.
“Reorganize your entire closet, attic, garage, or office with this organizing application. Retrieving your items will be a breeze,” he said.
Once stored away, the consumer can use the search tool on the app and can locate a stored item and its location. Using the tool, the consumer can enter the item they are looking for, browse through any of the pictures taken, or alternatively can scan the tote’s QR code and the app will list what items are located within. When entering in the information for the box, consumers can also choose a category for it, for example, holiday, and they can also search by category to retrieve the box as well.
F&M Tool and Plastics will market the Bella Storage Solution app on its social media outlets, including Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube. The app will also be called out on all of its product labels, and on retail flyers. The company also has a spot coming out in partnership with the popular blog, Clean My Space, Gasbarro noted.
