Jo-Ann Fabric and Craft Stores has initiated a buy online/pick up in store service.
Now, customers can purchase select merchandise on joann.com and pick it up at a store of their choice. The company is providing the service at all 862 Jo-Ann retail locations.
Shoppers who visit the site can choose free store pick up items from the larger 150,000-SKU assortment. Those who do so get an initial email confirming their orders and a second when an item is ready for pick up with proper identification.
“We continue to look for ways to improve our customer experience, both online and in store,” said Chris DiTullio, svp/ marketing and omnichannel, Jo-Ann. “We’re happy to offer this service exclusively within the fabric and craft industry, providing our customers with more options to shop when and how they choose, thus helping them save valuable time.”
