Full Circle Home, which offers an array of cleaning, kitchen and home storage products, has acquired Soma, a supplier of hydration products.
According to officials with Full Circle Home, the acquisition brings together two companies that are focused on bringing to market products that are focused on sustainability and social responsibility.
Soma offers sustainable hydration products, including patent-pending water filters made from renewable materials, carafes, pitchers, reusable water bottles and a filter subscription service that delivers replacement filters to consumers.
“These two complementary brands aim to reimagine the home products industry, allowing everyone to incorporate sustainable behaviors in their lives without having to sacrifice form or function,” said Tal Chitayat, CEO of Full Circle Brands.
