Macy’s has appointed Elisa Garcia as chief legal officer, effective September 7.
Garcia succeeds Dennis Broderick, who retires as Macy’s general counsel and secretary effective October 1 after 29 years with the company.
Garcia has been Office Depot chief legal officer since 2013.
