Douglas Quikut has introduced the Ginsu Santoku knife with cutting board gift set.
The set includes a 7-inch Santoku knife that stores in the cutting board when not in use. The knife is safely held in place by a magnetic sheath. Ginsu offers several laser-etched sayings on the cutting board, such as “Eat Drink & Be Married” and “The Kitchen is the Heart of the Home.” The company said it is also offering consumers the opportunity to add custom laser-etching including initials, logos and messages.
The Ginsu Santoku knife features cutlery grade stainless steel and a row of scalloped indentations is said to make it easier to release food from the blade after cutting. The knife handle is available in pomegranate red, orange spice, sunset yellow, lime green, oceania teal or presidential blue, in addition to black.
The cutting board is 15.5 by 10.5 inches. It features a cut-out handle on top for easy transport and a rectangular juice groove on the cutting surface.
The Ginsu set comes in a clear acetate gift box with a full color insert and is available for immediate shipment. The set has a suggested retail price of $59.99.
