Hammer Stahl, a manufacturer of stainless steel cookware and cutlery, is welcoming reigning world champion of barbecue, chef Ken Hess, to the company’s Clarksville, TN-based headquarters this month.
Hess will take part in an employee cookout and factory tour. The visit will also be featured on a new web series featuring Hess and his wife, Jessica, named “Carnies Traveling Meat Circus.”
Hess, a former associate pitmaster at Decatur’s, Big Bob Gibson Bar-B-Que, with which he competes, is a four-time grand champion of the Memphis in May World BBQ Championship.
