Helen of Troy has appointed Thurman Case to its board of directors, effective January 1, 2017.
Case’s appointment will fill the vacancy created by the resignation of Alexander Davern, which becomes effective March 31, 2017. Case will become a member of the audit committee of the board. According to the company, it intends to nominate Case as a director of the company at the next annual general meeting of shareholders.
Case is CFO and vice president of Cirrus Logic, leading the company’s international finance, investor relations, purchasing, and worldwide real estate and facilities teams.
