The online retailer, purchased by Jet.com before that company’s acquisition by Walmart, analyzed customer buying habits to ascertain the most popular purchases for each room in the home. According to Hayneedle, the search indicates a strong link to decorating in preparation for company over the holidays, as well as stylish organization. For example, 20% of Hayneedle shoppers preparing to host guests over the holidays purchased an entryway bench or hall tree to welcome family and friends.
