Harold Import Company (HIC) has introduced its newly redesigned PolyScience Smoking Gun Pro Food Smoker.
Featuring a new and improved design, the PolyScience Smoking Gun Pro Food Smoker can be used for smoking meat, fish, vegetables beverages and cocktails in just five minutes, the company said. The Smoking Gun Pro comes with a wider 1-inch, 18/8 stainless steel burn chamber, which is designed to load easily, the company said.
The easy-turn dial allows for greater control over airflow and smoke intensity, according to HIC. No electricity required, the battery-operated unit is portable and the 17.5-inch silicone nozzle extender hose places smoke with precision.
The PolyScience Smoking Gun Pro Food Smoker is also designed to work with a variety of wood smoking chips, teas and spices, hay, dried flowers and herbs. Approved for commercial use, the cold smoker can be used by professional and home chefs, as well as mixologists, the company said.
