HiMirror Adds Remote Control Access

HiMirror, a connected vanity mirror and skin care analysis tool, has added a remote control to its lineup.

With the new remote control, consumers now have three ways to interact with HiMirror: gesture, voice and remote control. It also offers instant navigation of the mirror’s features, including its smart ambient lights and media center. The remote is said to have a microphone for precise voice input. In different situations, users can control HiMirror via their own personal input preferences, the company said.

The smart remote will be bundled with the HiMirror Plus for a manufacturer’s suggested retail price of $269 and the HiMirror for a manufacturer’s suggested retail price of $199. It is also sold as a standalone accessory.

Available for preorder on the company’s e-tail store, the preorder remote control bundles will be available with limited-time pricing starting August 18. The HiMirror Plus bundle carries a suggested retail price of $229, while the HiMirror bundle carries a suggested retail price of $149.

“Since our launch, we have been inspired by our customers and have continued to evolve the HiMirror series with the latest wellness technology,” said Simon Shen, CEO of HiMirror and New Kinpo Group, parent company of HiMirror. “Consumers want instant, personalized at-home experiences, and we are committed to reinventing today’s beauty solutions.”
