WAYNE, NJ— IdeaVillage is stepping up the TV support for its Spin Spa lineup of skin and facial care appliances set for a national retail rollout during the first quarter of 2017.
The total-body Spin Spa, a skin care system designed for use in the shower, features a battery-powered spinning head that accommodates five included attachments for cleaning, massaging, exfoliating and rejuvenating skin. The long handle facilitates use on the back, lower legs and other hard-to-reach areas.
“Health and beauty are among the pillars of retail right now,” said Ron Boger, president and COO of IdeaVillage. “Spin Spa is an effective, easy-to-use product that appeals from Millennials to boomers.”
Spin Spa for the body will retail for $19.99 when it hits shelves in early 2017. A short-handled, facial care version with two skin care attachments is set to retail for $13.
IdeaVillage also has updated one of its popular cooking items— the Yoshi Grill and Bake Mats— by infusing the non-stick cooking mats with copper for improved heat conductivity and more even cooking.
The new Yoshi Copper mats enable grilling and baking with less mess and easy food release, according to IdeaVillage. The mats are especially helpful when grilling saucy foods and small, delicate items such as vegetables and fish. Grilling with the mats leaves sear marks.
A two-pack of large Yoshi Copper mats retails for $10.
The company also has launched the infomercial campaign for its new R/C Pocket Racers, a collection of mini remote-controlled toy racecars.
Each of the three initial Pocket Racer models— set to hit stores during the first quarter at a retail of $20 apiece— comes packed in a display case that transforms into a four-way remote control. The rechargeable mini racecars feature bright LED lamps.
