As part of its exhibitor lineup, the Winter Las Vegas Market, scheduled for January 22 to 26, 2017, will include more than 132,000-square-feet of new showrooms, expansions and renewals signed on since the summer version of the show, according to event host International Market Centers.
Newcomers to the Las Vegas World Market Center include Cheyenne Products, DK City, Downlite, Dynamic Furniture, Muse Home, Home Insights, Vi Spring, Carpenter Co., American Dining & Seating and Woodbrook Designs.
Established tenants who are expanding showrooms for the winter market include Abbyson Living, to 11,000 square feet, and CDI to 4,000 square feet on B1, IMG USA and Fjords on B6, LH Imports on B7, ID USA on B10, Global Home Group on B11, and Gruppo Buoninfante on C15.
“We continue to see further enrichment and depth strengthening the furniture category in Las Vegas,” said Scott Eckman, IMC president of furniture and home décor leasing, and chief strategy officer. “Top manufacturers and up-and-comers are fueling growth, and existing tenants are expanding their showrooms to meet the sustained demand for resources driven by a strong western buyer base. The already well-established bedding and mattress category is poised particularly well for a wealth of new product introductions in January.”
