International Market Centers has appointed Joseph Magliarditi as svp/operations and a member of the company’s executive leadership team.
In his new role, Magliarditi is responsible for managing construction, tenant improvement, facilities and maintenance, tenant relations, logistics, security, market operations, registration, events and operations services for the company’s entire portfolio of properties and markets in Las Vegas, NV, and High Point, NC.
Magliarditi has more than 20 years of experience in operations, design and construction and finance. His prior leadership roles include president and CEO of Gila River Business Development Authority, president and CEO of Palms Casino Resort, divisional president and CEO of Morgans Hotel Group, and evp/COO of Tririga.
He will be based in the Las Vegas office and will report directly to IMC chief executive officer Robert Maricich. “Joe brings with him a wealth of knowledge and executive experience that is directly applicable to our business,” said Maricich. “He will play a key leadership role in our company and in our next phases of growth.”
