J.C. Penney is featuring small electrics and major appliances on the cover of its 72-page Black Friday circular, the retailer revealed in an exclusive preview for those that use its mobile app.
In addition, a host of housewares along with a selection of other home products ranging from white goods to window coverings and linens account for the first 17 pages of the circular.
The small electrics special on the cover features a selection of Cooks-branded appliances including a blender, programmable coffeemaker, non-stick griddle and 6-quart slow cooker for $7.99 each after a $12 mail-in rebate.
The lowest price seen is a $4.99 promotion that allows shoppers to choose from a Cooks 1.5-quart slow cooker, 2-slice toaster or mini-chopper. A $5 mail-in rebate is required to hit the $4.99 price. Other sub-$10 electrics deals include a host of items sold under the Cooks, Sunbeam and Bella brands. A spotlight deal in electrics is a Bella air fryer and electric pressure cooker for $49 each after $21 mail-in rebate.
In cookware, J.C. Penney also showcased a host of products in a “your choice” $9.99 special. While the ad did not specify the types of products, cookware seen included a griddle, several fry pan sizes, a pressure cooker and saucepan.
